HPT is a privately held corporation incorporated in the State of California that specializes in high performance spindles and their associated drive systems. Originally founded in New York State as HOFER PRECISION TOOL IMPORTS Inc. in 1970, HPT has over 30 years of experience in the application and support of high quality, high performance, and high precision motor spindles and drive systems.
HPT has placed its products in many very demanding manufacturing and testing applications. Our customers are in industries such as Aerospace, Medical Equipment manufacture, Optical and Vision products manufacture, PCB production and proto-typing, Robotic and CNC Automation Equipment builders, testing equipment for bearings, aerospace and automotive components. HPT Drive systems is dedicated to providing these industries with precision-crafted, high performance, high speed spindles coupled with expert application support.
